Ease of Use: 9- The program is well written and easy to understand, leading to a very easy to use program. However, some of the complaints were that some of the drills were confusing to certain users leading to a small decrease in scoring.
Customizable/Flexible: 9- The Golf Swing Secret program is both cusotmizable and flexible, it can be used to assist your own personal golfing needs, and also is very easy to implement the training into the most hectic schedule.
Guarantees: 10- Like most programs, the Golf Swing Secret offers a trial period of 60 days where if at any point during that time you are unhappy with your purchase, you can receive a full refund of your money.
Customer Service: 9- Not bad at all here. Responses were quick and answered all of our questions well. The first email they sent was, however, an automated message or so it seemed. It wasn't until we pressed for further information that we received a personalized response from a live respondent.
Affordability: 9- At the price of $47, the Golf Swing Secret is by no means expensive for someone looking to make a drastic improvement in their golf game. However there are a few better deals on cheaper programs out there if you look hard enough to find them.
Value: 8- We personally thought that this golf swing program was a tad bit over-priced. However, it is still a decent deal and worth trying if you have your heart set on this particular program.
